Baked Tahong Recipe


Recipe serves: 4-6     Prep Time: 20 minutes     Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 kg mussels or tahong
Garlic, minced
Butter
Cheese, grated

Procedure:
1. Thoroughly clean the mussels. Boil and remove the empty half.
2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Arrange the mussels in a tray.  Top with garlic, butter and cheese.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese melts.
5. Transfer to serving plate. Enjoy!
